Can I start hosting events for free?
Yes! Our Starter plan lets you host events with unlimited guests, QR code check-in, and basic analytics. No credit card required.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through our secure Stripe integration. Enterprise customers can also pay via invoice.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan anytime?
Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. Changes take effect immediately and we prorate billing so you only pay for what you use.
Are there any hidden fees?
No hidden fees, ever. The pricing you see is what you pay. Ticket transaction fees are clearly displayed and depend on your subscription tier.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you're not satisfied, contact our support team for a full refund - no questions asked.
Is there a limit on how many guests I can have?
No. Every plan — including the free Starter plan — includes unlimited guestlist capacity. Invite and check in as many guests as your event needs, with no caps and no capacity boosts to buy.
How do ticket sales work?
Premium plans and above include Stripe integration for ticket sales. You connect your own Stripe account and receive payouts directly. We charge a small platform fee per ticket sold.
What is early payout?
Early payout lets eligible Platinum hosts unlock their event earnings up to 2 days before an event starts, instead of waiting until 7 days after it ends. To qualify you must be on Platinum and complete a one-time ID verification. A small 2% advance fee applies only to the portion you withdraw before an event has ended — the rest stays fee-free.
