Limits you can actually see

Every plan has limits—guests per event, events per month. The problem is usually not the limits themselves, it's being surprised by them. So we built a clear, friendly system around them.

You now get a dedicated **Limits** page in your host dashboard, plus an at-a-glance summary right on your home screen.

Know exactly where you stand

The Limits page shows live usage meters so there's never any guesswork:

  • **Events this month**—how many you've created against your monthly allowance
  • **Guest capacity**—your busiest event's headcount against your plan's per-event cap
  • **A plan comparison**, so you can see at a glance what an upgrade unlocks
  • The dashboard home also carries a compact "Plan limits" widget, so the numbers are always one glance away.

A heads-up before you hit the wall

Nobody likes nasty surprises. When you cross **80% of a limit**, we send you a friendly warning email—whether it's a single event filling up or your monthly event count climbing.

That early nudge gives you time to upgrade or plan ahead, well before anything actually stops.

    We never stop a check-in

This is the promise that matters most: **we will never halt check-ins during your live event.** If a guest is at your door, they get in. Limits shape how you plan and grow—they never ruin the night.

    How the monthly limit resets

Your monthly event allowance is based on the calendar month, and it resets on its own when the month turns over. There's no counter to reset, no action needed from you—a new month simply gives you a fresh allowance.

    Upgrades drain your waitlists, too

Here's a nice knock-on effect: because higher plans raise your per-event guest cap, upgrading can instantly open up new spots on a sold-out event. When that happens, your waitlist automatically promotes the next people in line. Growth and demand, working together.

    Take a look

Head to **Limits** in your host dashboard to see your current usage and what each plan unlocks.

View your plan limits or [compare plans](/pricing).

Transparency is a feature. We'd rather show you the guardrails clearly than let you hit them unexpectedly.
