About the Role
Shape the future of event experiences through thoughtful, user-centered design. You'll lead design initiatives across our platform, working closely with product and engineering.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end design for major product features
- Conduct user research and translate insights into designs
- Create and maintain our design system
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure design quality
- Mentor junior designers and elevate team capabilities
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of product design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX and visual design skills
- Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools
- Experience with design systems at scale
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with motion design and micro-interactions
- Understanding of frontend development (HTML, CSS)
- Background in marketplace or ticketing platforms
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG)
