About the Role
Be the first point of contact for our users, helping them resolve issues and get the most out of our platform. You'll handle inquiries from both event organizers and attendees.
What You'll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate when needed
- Document common issues and solutions
- Contribute to help center articles
- Identify patterns and suggest product improvements
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years in customer support role
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Patience and empathy when dealing with frustrated users
- Basic technical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with Zendesk or Intercom
- Knowledge of payments and refunds
- Multiple language skills
- Interest in events and entertainment
